Returns Policy
we are happy to accept returns within a strictly defined protocol.
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Initiation
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@9elk.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless they are faulty.
